The governments of every country are all trying their best to make sure that the readily available vaccines are available to vaccinate their citizens.
But reviews by different people on the effect of the vaccine keep pulling the effort of the world returning to its original state. The effort of all these seems to be unproductive for the near future.
Unfortunately, with the introduction of effective vaccines in some countries that can afford it for all their citizens, some countries are still drowning with deaths and infections spreading all across the cities.
Are there more stories to be told about this mysterious virus? Are there some things that we haven’t been told yet by the government? What are we to say about the countries in Africa that suffer from this virus infection? African countries seem to be the ones at the mercy of this killer virus disrupting the peace in the world.
The COVID – 19 pandemics has taken the world through another shift. After much pressure was put in by different health and pharmaceutical companies to curb the disease, the spread of the virus won’t just go away.
Nations around the world have taken the bull by the horn to address this situation destroying lives and putting the country in jeopardy. A country that has taken extra measures to secure its people with the outrage of the virus is none other but South Africa.
In South Africa today, four out of nine provinces are said to be battling with the second wave of coronavirus. States which include Johannesburg, Gauteng, and Pretoria are in the mix of battling with the second wave of this virus with infections on the rise.
Even the President of the country who goes by the name Cyril Ramaphosa said that it is only a matter of time before the country goes into the third wave of the coronavirus which means that the rate of infections would be above 80% of its total population which is not a good stand for the country. South Africa Faces Third COVID wave.
With a record of more than 1.65 million and 56,363 deaths, South Africa is officially the worst-hit country in the country. And within this period, the entries into hospitals have also begun to climb so fast that hospitals are beginning to cry out to the President for support.
The President has also taken to the stage to say that the figures are really climbing up and infections are also on the rise. But vaccinations seem not to be handy right now for everyone.
The option would be to delay the spread of the virus, which is very important right now because everyone needs to be vaccinated before the third wave reaches its peak, said the President as he advises.

The President also said that in the last 24 hours, over 4,515 new cases have been recorded and the rate for positivity has become a concern for everyone.
On Monday, restrictions started and places like restaurants, bars, fitness centers, and other public places would have to work with time ranging from 10 pm local time, as the curfew would be extended by 1hour to start at 11pm and end at 4am(South Africa Faces Third COVID wave).
Places for religious gatherings and other political shows and events will be limited to 250 people outdoors, and for indoor shows and events, the number would be 100.
Authorities in the country did not relent as they made sure to impose some strict rules by limiting the movement of people during the day and placed a ban on sales of alcohol and tobacco.
The country has previously gone through stages of this virus infection.
The first happened around the middle of last year, and the second occurred in December and January respectively, and it raised the death rate higher than the first.
Studies from an expert have warned that it could be worse with the arrival of the wave from the southern hemisphere winter. South Africa has been lagging in the vaccine rollout, and it has drawn more attention to the surge. Only about 1.5 percent of the country’s 60million people have received a vaccine.
President Ramaphosa has condemned rich countries for buying up almost all the available vaccines and said that they have paid for doses to cover 40million of the 59 million South Africans, even enough to reach herd immunity.
Though, the government was also slammed for not buying vaccines quickly.
The President also took his stand to that, “As the African continent we are pushing ahead with efforts to expand our vaccine manufacturing capacity to be self-sufficient in vaccine production,” he said.
The campaign to end patent rights on coronavirus vaccines has been ongoing so that other countries can manufacture their supplies, and the discussion for this is going to be held next month at the G7 summit of rich nations in the United Kingdom.
After the meeting, it would determine if there would be a change or not when it comes to taking off the patent rights away and allowing countries to produce theirs.
But the question lies in this fact. Will African countries(South Africa Faces Third COVID wave) be capable enough to install and produce efficient vaccines for the future, or is it just better to apply a control measure to regulate the production and supply of this essential commodity.
South Africa is being praised by the world, and protecting the lives of every individual is very important to any president, and the president has taken steps to make sure that the country returns to its original state of productivity to reach maximum and exponential growth.
